Orangettes - Candied Orange Peel in Dark Chocolate (150g)

Orangettes are orange peels candied, sliced, dried and fully dipped in tempered chocolate.

Traditional French orangettes can be hard to find in Australia. Often, you’ll come across orange quarters that are too bitter, or partially dipped pieces that can be too dry.

For our Orangettes, we start with high-quality candied orange peels, crafted in Melbourne by a specialised melbourne based artisan & partner that is recognized for his mastering of candied fruits. 

The peels are carefully dried by us to achieve the ideal bite (supple and tender) then hand-enrobed in tempered, high-quality dark chocolate. Each orangette has an intentionally rustic shape, with a chocolate finish that’s slightly bitter, designed to balance the natural sweetness of the candied orange without overpowering its bright aroma.
