We offer free shipping for orders over $200!
All orders are shipped from our HQ in Melbourne usually within 1-2 business days. (Delivery only available in Melbourne over a selected number of locations)
If you wish to order outside of those location please contact us.
Shopping Costs and Delays:

Express : per zone but above $200 (same day to 3 business days)
Delivery time frames are an estimate only and includes order processing times.
If you need your order urgently and it’s over $150, please contact us at : tsubamemaison@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
We may offer pick-up options or local delivery options in local Melbourne during Maison Tsubame special events this will be communicated on our social media please stay tuned :) .

We carefully pack each order to give your chocolates the best chance of arriving fresh and beautiful. Once they leave our hands, however, we do not take responsibility for issues caused by factors we can’t control — including heat, weather changes, or how the parcel is handled after it’s picked up or delivered.
To help keep your chocolates in perfect shape:
- Make sure someone is available to receive the delivery so it isn’t left sitting.
Delivery Partners: We only use courrier due to the delicate nature of our chocolates.
Please note during certain periods of the year, such as public holidays, we may require extra time to pack and process shipments due to higher volume of orders.
Additionally, Postal Service operators may experience delays at various times due to holidays or disruptions. In such cases, we will let you know as soon as possible if your order may take additional time.
