We are a small business producing in small batch. Our priority is to share our "savoir faire" and to please if in doubt please just send us a message :) 

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, taste preferences, or incorrect storage after delivery. Please make sure you check our ingredient list if you have any allergies or food intolerance. 

We can only cancel or refund your order if it has not yet been shipped. Once it has left our warehouse it can no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Please Contact our customer service as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
