These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between you, the customer, and Maison Tsubame regarding the use of our website and the purchase of our products.   • Our chocolates and baked goods are handmade in small batches. At times, we may also offer gift cards, seasonal items or cookies.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through our Shopify store using secure checkout.
  • We currently accept credit card payments.
  • Custom and pre-orders may be available on request.
  • Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our discretion (for example, in the case of suspected fraud, errors in product availability, or incorrect pricing).

3. Age Requirement

By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to do so.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within Australia only.
  • Deliveries are handled by Australia Post or Sendle.
  • Both standard and express shipping options are available, though we recommend express shipping to help protect your order in transit.
  • Once an order has been shipped, Maison Tsubame cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, taste preferences, or storage issues after delivery.
  • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
  • If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the situation.

6. Allergies & Liability

  • Our chocolates may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, soy and gluten.
  • Allergen information is listed on our packaging and website with our ingredient list.
